RSE  Managment  Board  on its meeting of September 30, 2003 resolved to

delist  JSC  "Liepājas  eļļas ekstrakcijas rūpnīca" shares from the RSE

Free list starting with October 1, 2003.



The resolution was passed pursuant to the company extraordinary general

meeting   of   shareholders   of   September   29,   2003  decision  on

self-liquidation,  and  pursuant  to  Item IV.45 of the RSE Enforcement

Note on Securities lists.
