2003.09.23, Rīgas starptautiskā autoosta, RIG

Pursuant  to  the  resolution  of  Riga  City  Council,  providing  for

investing  Riga  City  holding in JSC "Rīgas starptautiskā autoosta" in

the  share  capital of SIA "Rīgas satiksme", the latter became a holder

of   153,000  closed  issue  voting  shares,  or  51%,  in  JSC  "Rīgas

starptautiskā  autoosta".  The  changes in the closed issue shareholder

register  were  made by the Latvian Central Depository on September 11,

2003.



Subesquently,  "Rīgas satiksme" invested 3,300 JSC "Rīgas starptautiskā

autoosta"  closed issue shares in SIA "Centra Termināls" share capital.

According  to the changes made to shareholder register on September 18,

2003, "Rīgas satiksme" holds 149,700 JSC "Rīgas starptautiskā autoosta"

closed issue shares, or 49.9% of share capital.
