SIA   "Olmafarm",   presently  the  major  shareholder  of  "Olainfarm"

(75.93%),  has resolved to sell a part of its holding. 2,665,615 shares

or 26% of "Olainfarm" share capital will be put out for sale. The money

raised   will  be  spent  on  investment  in  JSC  "Olainfarm"  towards

introducing of GMP standards.
