resolved:  due  to  the  decision  of  the Financial and Capital Market

Commission  to  revoke  JSC  "Solo  Rīga"  issue certificate Nr.137 and

provisions  of  Item  10.1.2  of the RSE Enforcement Note on Securities

Lists  to  delist  JSC  "Solo  Rīga" shares from the RSE Free list from

August 1, 2003.
