Pursuant  to  the  application  of  the  JSC "Ventspils Zivju konservu

kombināts"  and   "Item  10.1.1. of the law "On Securities", Riga Stock

Exchange  Management  Board  decided on its meeting of July 24, 2003 to

delist  JSC  "Ventspils Zivju konservu kombināts" shares from Free list

starting with August 1, 2003.
