Financial and Capital Market Commission, pursuant to the provisions of

its "Regulations on buyout of shares", Item 2.5, has resolved to permit

JSC  "Ventspils  zivju  konservu kombināts"  shareholder JSC "Ventspils

tirdzniecības  osta"  (registered 21.12.1994 at the Company Register of

the  Republic  of  Latvia,  reg. # 000323662) to announce the mandatory

"Ventspils zivju konservu kombināts" share buyout.
