After  the closure of the share buyout, "S.P.I. Distilleries B.V." will

hold  1,700,000  closed issue shares and 4,895,745 public shares in JSC

"Latvijas  balzams",  or,  87.98%  of the target company share capital.

Apart  from  the  shares  obtained  via buyout, the figure includes the

shares purchased in the OTC market.
