On  April  25,  2003  amendments  to  JSC  "Pirmā  banka" Charter were

registered at the Company Register of Republic of Latvia, thus changing

the  bank name to "NORD/LB Latvija". Mass media will be informed on the

event at press conference on May 5, 2003 at 12:30.
