Starting  with  April  22,  Jānis  Romanovskis (1960) will fill in the

position  of  JSC  "Grindeks"  Chief  Financial  Officer.  His previous

employments  were as CFO in "Dati grupa" and Head of Financial Division

at JSC "Dati".
