that  on  25.07.2002 has received from company OJAY LIMITED (registered

in  Guernsey, Great Britain) information that OJAY LIMITED has directly

and indirectly together with EASTGATE PROPERTIES LIMITED (registered in

Guernsey,  Great  Britain)  acquired JSC Latvijas Kuģniecība 53,099,226

shares or 26.5% from JSC "Latvijas Kuģniecība" share capital.
