JSC "Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca" has founded insurance company "Latgales

Apdrošināšanas  Sabiedrība".  The  insurance  company  is located at 17

Višķu  Street,  Daugavpils.  The  capital  is LVL 500,000, built of 500

registered shares with nominal value LVL 1000. The insurance company is

100%  "Ditton  pievadķēžu  rūpnīca" owned. Supervisory Board of the new

insurance  company:  Artūrs  Priedītis  (Chairman),  Eduards Zavadskis,

Vladislavs Drīksne. Management Board: Sandra Pļaviņa (Chairman), Jeļena

Jerjomenoka, Visvaldis Āboliņš.



"Latgales  Apdrošināšanas Sabiedrība" will insure the assets of "Ditton

pievadķēžu  rūpnīca",  thus reducing the costs for the Company. It will

also  provide services to other legal entities and natural persons. The

new  insurance  company  is expected to start earning extra profits for

the Company starting with the third year in operation
