RSE  Management  Board  on  its  meeting  May 3, 2002, pursuant to Item

11.2.4.3  of  the RSE Enforcement Note on Securities Lists, resolved to

resume  trading  for  Free  list  companies  "Liepājas autobusu parks",

"Mangaļu KRR" and "UBAK" shares starting with May 13, 2002. Trading was

suspended  on  May  2,  2002  due  to issuers' failure to submit Annual

Report for 2001 by deadline.
