Changes in JSC "Grindeks" Management Board



JSC  "Grindeks"  Supervisory Board, on its Meeting on January 26, 2002,

approved  Pēteris  Stupāns,  Chairman  of Management Board, resignation

from  the  position due to accepting another job offer. Mr. Stupāns has

acted  as  Chairman of Management Board for 2.5 years. Till the general

meeting  of  shareholders,  the  position  will  be filled in by Jeļena

Borcova, General Director and Management Board  member.
