While  drafting the business plans for 2002, Company focuses on cutting

its  costs. Supporting the distribution network is among the cost items

to  be  reduced.  It  is expected that "Latvijas balzams" will contract

wholesalers  for  product distribution, however, not yet specifying the

companies nor the time schedule. Meanwhile, no significant changes have

been introduced to "Latvijas balzams" distribution system.
