JSC  "Balta"  has  been  advised  by  its shareholder, Danish Insurance

Company  "Codan",  that  it  has  transferred  a part of its holding in

"Balta" - 325,645

shares  or  7% of "Balta" share capital - to the Danish Investment Fund

for Central and Eastern Europe (IO Fund).
