closed  share  issue,  in  total 3 040 319 are fully paid up. They were

issued  as  a  result  of  decision of JSC "Pirma Latvijas Komercbanka"

shareholders general meeting on

29.03.2001.   protocol   No  1,  in  compliance  with  "Pirma  Latvijas

Komercbanka"   Regulations   and   decision   of  Management  Board  on

12.04.2001., protocol No.70, and JSC "Pirma Latvijas Komercbanka" 10 th

closed share issue Prospectus.

Therefore  JSC  "Pirma Latvijas Komercbanka" 10th closed share issue is

fully  paid  up  and  JSC  "Pirma  Latvijas  Komercbanka" paid up share

capital is LVL 11 360 810.
