JSC  "Latvijas  Gaze"  net  profit  for  2000 was LVL 8.2 million. From

profit  for  previous year LVL 0.12 per share is planned to be paid out

in dividends.

Official   financial   results   will   be   released  following  their

confirmation in shareholders general meeting on June 20, 2001.
