On  JSC  "Pirma  Latvijas  Komercbanka"  paid  up  share capital We are

informing   that   in   compliance   with  decisions  of  extraordinary

shareholders  general  meeting  on  December 1, 2001 and confirmed "JSC

"Pirma  Latvijas  Komercbanka"  Regulations  on  share  conversion  and

reduction of share capital" JSC "Pirma Latvijas Komercbanka" Management

Board  on  March  15,  2001  decided  to revoke all in total 10.785 JSC

"Pirma  Latvijas Komercbanka" ordinary shares without voting rights and

par value LVL 0.01. Compensation will be paid out.

This decision is registered in Enterprise register of Latvia.

Therefore  JSC  "Pirma  Latvijas  Komercbanka" paid up share capital is

equal to registered share capital and is LVL 8.320.491.
