JSC  "Staburadze"  informs,  that  today on November 27, 2000 they have

received  letter  from  Tryggvi  Hallvardsson  in  which  T.Hallvardson

informs  JSC "Staburadze" that he has acquired 438 697 JSC "Staburadze"

shares  previously  owned  by  "Latvijas Krajbanka". These shares grant

14,44% from all votes in shareholders general meeting.
