Central  European  recognises  Unibanka  as  the best domestic bank The

influential  financial  journal  Central  European,  when  granting its

annual  Central European Awards 2000, acknowledged Latvijas Unibanka as

the best domestic bank in Latvia and gave it the prestigious award Best

Domestic  Bank  in  Latvia.  This  decision is based on the opinions of

bankers,  investors, leaders and financiers of international companies.

The journal has been granting this award for a fifth year in a row.
