JSC  "Latvijas Gaze" Supervisory Board on March 30, 2000 has authorised

Management  Board to prepare proposal about distribution of 1999 profit

and  foresee  dividend payment of 60 % of profit, that is, no less than

LVL  0,11 per share. JSC "Latvijas Gaze" unaudited profit after tax for

1999 is LVL 7,03

million.
