Inc.  -  company  owned  by  him,  regarding recovery of material loses

arising from unfulfiled financial liabilities.

Former  JSC  "Gutta"  president  and  Chairman  of Management Board has

petitioned  the  court to bring unfounded insolvency charge against JSC

"Gutta".  Transaction  based  on which petition was brought forward has

been found invalid.
