JSC  "Riga  Stock Exchange" Board has decided to suspend the trading of

JSC  "Rīgas  kuģu  būvētava" shares since January 26, 2000 according to

the  Enforcement  Note  on Securities Lists point 24.1. JSC "Riga Stock

Exchange"  has  not received information from JSC "Rīgas kuģu būvētava"

about unaudited profit for 1999.
