JSC  "Rigas  Fondu birza" Management Board on the November 4,1999 based

on  issuers  application  regarding change of description of shares and

pursuant  to  the  Enforcement  Note  on Securities Lists of Riga Stock

Exchange, part II, point 28

decided  to  delist  JSC "Pirma Latvijas Komercbanka" from the Official

List of Riga Stock Exchange starting November 8,1999.
