confirmed  1999 budget and plan of operations: income LVL 1 721 502 and

expenses  LVL  1  705  747  are  planned.  Profit  for the 1998 will be

distributed as follows:

LVL  3  081  reserves, LVL 11 982 or LVL 0.015 per share for dividends,

LVL 977

recompensation  of Supervisory Board, LVL 45 585 for the implementation

of  investment  program.  Dividend calculation and payment date will be

confirmed by the Management Board.
