On  the  April  21,1999  meeting  between  president  of  JSC "Liepajas

metalurgs"  and owner of German concern "Scholtz" Bernts - Ulrihs Soltc

took   place.  Agreement  regarding  rent  of  Liepajas  KRR  "Tosmare"

territory for preparation and processing of scrap iron to SIA "Baltijas

metalapstrades  sabiedriba"(BMS),  which is part of "Sholtz" in Eastern

Europe,  was  signed.  As  a result agreement regarding supply of scrap

iron  to  JSC  "Liepajas  metalurgs"  for  market prices was concluded.

Agreement  foresees  rent  of  SIA  "BMS"  land in the territory of KRR

"Tosmare"  and  co-operation  in  the  supplying  of  scrap  iron up to
