JSC  "Lode" shareholders general meeting will take place at 12PM on the

April

30,1999  at  companies  Conference  hall  Liepas  pagasts, Cesu rajons.

Registration  of  shareholders will take place at the day of venue from

9AM to 11AM.

On the agenda:

1) Report about operations in the 1998.

2) Releasing of Management Board from the responsibility for the 1998.

3) About increase of companies share capital and appropriate amendments

to the companies charter.

4) Distribution of 1998 profit.

5) Re-elections of Management and Supervisory Board.

6) Budget and plan of operations for the 1999.

7) Elections of certified auditor.

Shareholders have to block their shares by April 20,1999.
