On  the  March  23,  Council  of  Tallinn Pharmaceutical Co. has made a

decision  to  expand  Tallinn  Pharmaceutical  Co.  Management board by

electing  Jelena  Borovcova  as  chairman  of  the Board. Therefore two

people  have been conformed as members of the Management board - Jelena

Borovcova  as  a  chairman  and Arno Kazenits as a member of the Board.

Changes have been made with purpose of restructurization and putting in

order   factories   production   process   in   compliance   with  Good

Manufacturing  Practise  and  at  the  same time to achieve decrease of

production costs.
