Board  has  accepted  that  JSC  "Ventspils nafta" upper margin for JSC

"Naftas  Parks" actioned 45 939 shares offering with rising step is USD

21 500 000.

From  unconfirmed results of action Ventspils nafta has acquired rights

to buy above mentioned shares of JSC "Naftas parks" for USD 20 800 000.
