The second closed share issue of JSC "Mangaļu kuģu remonta
rūpnīca"(MKRR) is made in amount of LVL 305,000 with the purpose to
increase the share capital. This is a provision of Item 5.2 of the
capital of MKRR will be LVL 1,712,000.
