Currently  110 employees of JSC "Olainfarm" are on partly paid (LVL 42)

holidays  till January 1. 450 more employees will be let on partly paid

holidays  from  28.10.98; only 330 employees will be engaged after this

date, 256 of them in production.

Company  is  seeking "alternative payment" possibilities to recover the

blocked  funds  from  partners  in  Russia  and  other  CIS  countries.

Agreements  have been achieved about barter of merchandise; their sales

have already been started (liquid assets, high quality medicine, energy

resources etc.).
