Lately  several  Western  banks  have  displayed interest to become the

strategic investors for Unibanka.

To  attain  a better coordination of the process, Unibanka has selected

PricewaterhouseCoopers  as  a  consultant  as a result of a tender; the

Bank  has  an already established long term successful cooperation with

the company.

The  consultant  do  the valuation of Unibanka and will help to develop

the   necessary   documentation,   as   well  as  will  participate  in

negotiations with the potential strategic investors.
