JSC   "Gutta"   informed   that   Operations   Committee   of  European

Reconstruction  and  Development  Bank has made decision about granting

investment(USD  14  million) to JSC "Gutta" a partly convertible credit

for  8  years. The decision of Operations Committee will be approved by

ERAB Board of Directors in October. Investment wil allocated in several

tranches.
