The  board  of  JSC  "Salacgrīva  95"  informs,  that the share capital

increased by Ls

515  000 in fourth closed bought by the strategic investor. Shares were

issued  in  fourth  shares  issue with capitalization of debt to Trasta

komercbanka.

All shares are common shares with voting voice and face value of LVL 1.
