Insurance  Company  'Balta' has signed an agreement of warrantor status

with  State  Revenue  Service  for issue of customs warranties. Customs

warranties  are  the form of warranties confirmed by the regulations of

the  Cabinet  of  Ministers  which  allow  the insurance companies with

warrantor  status  to guarantee to the State that all necessary customs

payments will be made should the insured person fail to pay the customs

duties to Latvian State in time.
