The extraordinary general meeting of Eesti Kindlustus, held on July 30,

called  back  the  present  council consisting of Üllar Jaaksoo, Kalmer

Kikas,  Joakim Helenius, Mati Jostov and Urmas Vahur, and elected a new

council  consisting  of  Piret  Raudsepp  -  managing director of Hansa

Investments,  Mart  Tooming  -  chairman of the board of Hansa Capital,

Jüri  Mõis - chairman of the board of Hansabank, Erkki Raasuke - CFO of

Hansabank, and Rain Lõhmus - director of Hansabank Markets.

In  its  first meeting the new council decided to nominate Jüri Mõis as

the chairman of the council and to call back the present board of Eesti

Kindlustus.

The council nominated Mart Einpalu as the new director and also the new

chairman of the future board.
