JSC  "Latvijas  Unibanka" has elected Deutsche Bank AG as counselor and

organizer of the planed medium-term eirobond (European Medium Term Note

- EMTN) program.

Deutsche  Bank  AG  is  also  assigned as the leading bank in the first

issue of bonds within this program.

The total volume of this program is 400 millions dollars.
