1998.06.05, Likvidējamā AS "Kurzemes atslēga 1", RIG

Pursuant  to  the provisions of sales contract about purchase of shares

between a/s ' Kurzemes atslēga' and Privatization agency concerning the

increase  of a/s ' Kurzemes atslēga 1' capital by Ls 100 000, the funds

of  this  company  has  been  raised  by  attracting corporeal of a/s '

Kurzemes  atslēga'. The increase in capital is Ls 197 498 and after the

adjustments in the articles of association the capital is Ls 855 854.

On  May  22,  1998  the changes in the articles of association of A/s '

Kurzemes  atslēga  1'  have  been registered in the register of Latvian

enterprises.
