On  May  22,1998  an lease agreement has been signed between A/s "Lode"

and E.

Samulis.  According  to it, henceforward A/s "Lode" will lease the real

estate  and movables of an enterprise "Kalnciema būvmateriāli" with the

intention to launch the production of construction materials and in the

future to take the possession of this enterprise.
