A/s  '  Rēzeknes  PKK  '  shareholders  will  be  ask to approve a cash

dividends of

6,5  santimes  per  share  and  to  issue  303  360 stoc dividends. The

remaining  profit  will  be  distribute  to  development of production,

reserves  and  charity to support farmers and dairy-farming. Net profit

of A/s ' Rēzeknes PKK' for 1997 was 820
