A/s  'Ventspils  zivju konservu kombināts' general shareholder SIA 'New

Venta' was joined with SIA 'Uniparks' which has been reorganized to a/s

'  Uniparks'.  A/s  ' Uniparks' kept the same No. of registration ( No.

000323662  ).  SIA  '  New  Venta' stopped her business activities as a

legal  person and was excluded from Company Register of the Republic of

Latvia on December 30,

1997.

A/s  'Uniparks'  took  over  all  liabilities and rights from SIA ' New

Venta'  and  has become a shareholders of A/s 'Ventspils zivju konservu

kombināts'
