THE TRADING WITH JSC VEF RADIOTEHNIKA RRR SHARES SUSPENDED FROM OCTOBER 27



Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of October 27, 2004 to suspend the 

trading with JSC “VEF Radiotehnika RRR” shares from October 2, 2004, due to the failure on 

behalf of the company to disclose material information to the RSE.

On October 26 news agency BNS published information about “VEF Radiotehnika RRR” financial 

results for 9 months, as well as information about the 2004 sales and profit. This information 

is material, consequently, has to be disclosed to the RSE simultaneously with release to mass 

media. The information to BNS was released by Eduards Maļejevs, president of “VEF Radiotehnika 

RRR”. Trading is suspended till the company discloses the required information to the RSE.
