RSE issues a warning to JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” 



RSE Management Board on its meeting of October 27, 2004, issued a warning to JSC “Valmieras 

stikla šķiedra” for the failure to disclose information to the RSE in a timely manner.

An article appeared business newspaper “Dienas Bizness” on October 26, 2004, where “Valmieras 

stikla šķiedra” President A.O.Brutāns revealed the company plans to build a new fiber glass 

production unit, and about respective investments. This information is material from the point 

of view of protecting the investors’ interests, consequently, has to be disclosed to the RSE 

simultaneously with release to mass media. 

Upon RSE request, “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” provided the information  only at 11:05 on October 

27, 2004.
