JSC "Lode"  shareholders report transfer of holdings



On November 2, 2004 JSC “Lode” shareholders have reported a share transfer. Edvīns Samulis, an 

insider and Chairman of Supervisory Board, on October 29, 2004 transferred 284,520 public shares 

12.79% of share capital) to Andris Bērziņš, Deputy Chairman of Supervisory Board. The ownership 

interest of the latter, subsequent to the deal, is 22.67% of “Lode” share capital.
