RESULTS OF A-SELVER FOR OCTOBER



The unaudited gross sales of A-Selver, 100% subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS,

for October 2004 were 137.1 million kroons (8.8 million euros). The gross sales

of the comparable period last year were 111 million kroons (7.1 million euros).



The unaudited gross sales for 10 months were 1 187.1 million kroons (75.9 million

euros), growing 21 percent over the last year.



The increase in sales amounted to 24 percent in October, while the increase in

sales area was 11 percent. So the growth in sales was more than two times higher

than the growth in sales area. The main sources for growth were a campaign under

the name Fair Days and successful implementation of the extension of sales area

in Torupilli Selver and Merimetsa Selver carried out in 2003 and in Tondi Selver 

at the beginning of 2004.
