JSC “Lode” acquires property



On November 8, 2004 JSC “Lode” signed an agreement regarding purchase of real estate from SIA 

“Lat Spartaks”. The location is Cenu pagasts, Jelgava region. The property consists of 6.812 ha 

land and 5 buildings (total floor space 14,134 sq.m). “Lode” is planning to do some refurbishing 

during the winter of 2004/2005 and to launch the production of high quality building bricks and 

large-size clay blocks.
