Additional 1.98 million “SAF Tehnika” shares to be listed on the RSE



RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of November 25, 2004 to list, starting with 

December 1, 2004, additional 1,980,120 “SAF Tehnika”  voting shares (nominal value LVL 1) on 

the RSE Main list. The decision is based on the listing application and documents, as well as 

the resolution of the company’s AGM to transfer the 2003/2004 profit to the company share 

capital, and on December 1, 2004 to issue 1,980,120 common bonus shares with voting rights. 

Subsequent to the listing of the newly issued shares, the number of “SAF Tehnika bearer voting 

shares listed on the RSE will be 2,970,180.

The RSE Management Board also resolved to change the previously set standard lot size for "SAF 

Tehnika" shares to 150 (previously: 50).
