The trading of “Rīgas autoelektroaparātu rūpnīca” to be suspended



Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of November 6, 2004, to suspend the 

trading of JSC “Rīgas autoelektroaparātu rūpnīca”  shares, pursuant RSE Listing Rules and RSE 

Trading Rules. The procedure to be followed:

1) Trading is suspended from December 1 till December 10, 2004(inclusive) in automatch order 

book.

2) Trading is suspended in all other segments from December 6 till December 10, 2004 (inclusive).

Any executed orders where settlement date has been specified starting with December 6 shall be 

cancelled.

The suspension of trading is following the request of the company, in order to prevent the 

shareholders from transferring the holdings in the period when the share nominal value is being 

changed.
