SELVER EXPANDS TO VÕRU



Today, on December 8 AS A-Selver, full subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS,

concluded a long-term lease agreement with AS Johnny for operating a new

supermarket in Võru (address: Vilja tn 6). AS Johnny is the owner of the

building and was so far the operator of the supermarket. The planned 

sales area for the new Selver is 1100 sq m and the total lease area is 1500

sq m. The size of the investment is 6 million kroons (0.4 million euros).

The new Selver is to be opened in March next year.
