JSC “Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca” performance: complemented



JSC “Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca” reports the following performance:

1.	It is expected that the 2004 sales will amount to LVL 11.5 million, which is 103.9% 

of the target;

2.	2005 sales target is LVL 16 million, which is a 39.3% increase over 2004 target.

3.	Repair plan for the rolling stock is 324 units; a 7.6% increase over 2004 target.

4.	Number of employees planned in 2005 is 2028.

5.	Expected profit is LVL 600 thousand.

The sales increase in 2005 is expected to happen on the account of change in the order 

structure – the capital and capital/renovation diesel engine repairs will increase. The repair 

price will increase by about 50-70%. The output of repaired diesel engines will increase by 30% 

per month. It is also planned to increase the output of spare parts for rolling stock. The above 

said allows to expect the profits in 2005 to be LVL 600 thousand.
